Richard Carrington is an experienced L3 British Cycling Coach and Level 1 Training Peaks Coach, who provides 1:1 cycle coaching and individual prescribed training plans for riders of all abilities, wanting to train and progress from their current level.
Richard’s aim is to give his clients the tools and the confidence to take ownership of your training and development and assist you to achieve your goals. His personal coaching philosophy is to provide a positive experience for athletes with an aim to guide them to reach their goals.
One to one coaching and training plans includes an initial client consultation to enable Richard to create a bespoke training package to achieve their training and fitness goals. He focuses on all aspects of a rider’s development: Physiological, Psychological, Tactical and Technical and provides you with constructive feedback.
Coaching sessions are effective, challenging, enjoyable and fun. Training plans include setting your key periods and fitness training before monitoring progress around them, using data from FTP and goal analysis with Training Peaks.
